As what you read from the title of this post, yes we went 'hiking' up just for the Tree Top Walk. I'm not willing to walk this route again, never. But it was a good experience, waking up at 6 in the morning and spent about 3 hours walking up and down. Did I mentioned before I am someone who loves walking so much? I can literally walk from Orchard Ion > Somerset > Plaza Sing > Parklane > Bugis > City hall. Yes, I can do that as long as I'm wearing a comfortable footwear, it can be the everyday basic wedges from Zara, as long its comfortable that gives me no blisters and hot sun I can walk for hours.
FYI I was scared when walking thru the tree top walk. I feared getting my camera or phone dropped down........ It was really high luh. At the end of the walk, we were welcomed by a monkey. Must be someone before us came up with a box of food that attracted the monkey. While Karen and JR were busying taking photos of one monkey, another one climbed up, followed by the third one and do you believe it? Karen and JR both who are scared of monkeys were stranded at the start of the exit hahaha I have to turn back and walk them thru the monkeys.
After walking up and down for minutes, we finally walked out to the roadside and got a cab to gardens for breakfast. We were famished when we got to Arbite! Three of us ordered the same dish together with truffles fries which ain't worth ordering and a plate of dessert!
